Our marriage mentoring process identifies, equips, and empowers lay couples to disciple other married couples like no other mentoring ministry. Partnering pastors love the process because it equips their people for ministry (Ephesians 4:11-12), thus allowing them to do what they are called to do . . . pastor their congregation.
Here are just few of the tools mentors use in the process:
The workbook Mentee Couples complete. Topics include covenant, forgiveness, identity in Christ, conflict resolution, finances and more.
Mentor Journal -
Used for planning sessions, taking notes and charting mentee progress
Individual Online Assessment -
Spouses complete a relationship survey and personality assessment powered by the Connect Assessment®. These are valuable tools designed to help understand personality characteristics and how to connect with others.
Communication Tools -
Tangible objects used to systematically help spouses develop effective communication skills.
Marriage Mentors Support System -
